Do you service my area?
Our business address is 140 Broadway 46th floor, New York, NY 10005, USA. We serve Manhattan (Zip codes), Park Slope, and Whilliamsburg (Brooklyn, NYC), Connecticut cities – New Haven, Fairfield, Greenwich (for deep cleaning and post construction cleaning services)
How will I know what time to choose?
Appointment times are Monday through Sunday, from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, and we – Elite Maids NY will be in touch in less than 1 hour (during business hours) to confirm if this date and time works.
Should I be present during the cleaning?
This is all up to you. Some customers stay at home to see the procedure, while others go about their regular lives and return at the end of the day when the cleaning is finished. If you prefer not to be present, please let us know how we may access the premises.
Have Elite Maids NY provide the Supplies? Am I responsible for the supplies?
No, you don’t. Our Elite Maid Services provides all cleaning materials for our cleaning staff, including vacuums and mops. If you want us to use certain products on a specific surface, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to meet your request.
What if my home needs more time to be worked on?
Our estimates generally include the whole home, and we complete everything on time. However, if you believe our estimate was incorrect, you may easily add more hours.
Will my pets be an issue?
We have no problems with pets, however they must be supervised since we do not know whether the pet would be terrified by the vacuum sound, and we would want to prevent any incidents involving family pets and our cleaners.
Do you accept special requests?
We do, indeed. If there is anything special you want us to clean a certain manner, please let us know ahead of time, before the cleaning begins, to avoid any misunderstandings or problems. We will be delighted to assist you in achieving your objective of a clean environment around you.
Can I request special tasks or extras?
Sure, why not? Reply to your confirmation email or go into your account and add any remarks you want to be applied to your service.
Pricing & policies
What does it cost to clean my home?
We operate on a flat rate basis given the number of bedrooms, and we also offer hourly services. For most standard sized home cleanings, please see our price rates.
What If I need to reschedule or cancel?
You can do so over the phone, or by email.
Are there cancellations fees?
If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, there will be a $60 fee per 1 cleaner. If you call and cancel ahead of this time there will be no fee.
Do you do contracts?
Our company doesn’t do contracts, but we are open to making a schedule if you would like to order us on the weekly, or monthly basis
Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?
Absolutely. Simply enter your coupon (gift card) code into the booking form as you are creating your booking. Your final price will automatically change to reflect your coupon balance. You can log into your account at any time and see the balance on any gift cards you have.

How do I book my first appointment?
Simply go to our booking form and schedule your appointment online. Alternatively, you can give us a call if there are any issues at all.
Trust & safety
Can I trust my cleaning professional?
All of our Maids & staff are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check. Only about 10% of the people that apply end up working as our certified cleaners.
What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?
If anything goes wrong, we are available to resolve the issue. Please notify us immediately, and we will be there to assist you. This is our guarantee to you!
Is my billing information kept safe and secure?
We have three levels of security in place. First off, our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has a layer of 256-bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and are layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured; we take security very seriously.
Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?
They certainly do. As the last stage in our pre-screening process, we conduct a thorough countrywide background check on all candidates.
Is your company insured?
Yes, our company is insured and if anything goes wrong during the cleaning you as a client don’t have anything to be worried about.
Are your workers insured?
All of our workers are individually insured and they are trained professionally to do what they do best, and that is clean.
